The tenant will receive a rental contract from the owner for signature. Once both parties have signed the rental contract, the rental agreement becomes binding. In order to place a reservation, the tenant must provide the owner with their name, address, phone number, and the desired rental period.
Price per night is DKK 450.00 per room.
Payment is always made in cash in advance before the commencement of the rental period or upon arrival.
Keys will be handed over to the tenant upon arrival/commencement of the rental period. Move-in can take place no earlier than 3:00 PM on the 1st day of the rental period or by agreement. Upon departure, the room must be left in a tidy condition. At the end of the rental period, the tenant must vacate the room by 11:00 AM at the latest.
The tenant will be allocated rooms in the order they are booked. It is not allowed to bring pets, and our environment is smoke-free.
We would like to note that errors in images and typographical descriptions of the rooms may occur, and therefore, we reserve the right to make any necessary changes.
